Not only buildings, travelling too. Why take away the home quarantine for families. There are limited number of connecting rooms and if families live with nobody at home, why punish the families who are obeying rules!?

Please understand the difficulty for your children at quarantine camp. Home quarantine will be much better for mental health of parents and children

HK Gov should trust the citizens more and have more empathy when coming up with these policies. Since the beginning of the pandemic, the vast majority of HK residents have been compliant. Allow people to quarantine from home so children can continue online school and adults can carry on working.

I fail to see the logic of moving an entire block essentially from one location to another (govt facility). How is this safer than asking them to quarantine at home? We all need to continue to work and get on with our lives even if in quarantine.

I read Penny Bay is limited to 2 occupants per room. I’m a single mother of two and would dread having to choose which one of my children would have to endure a 21-DAY quarantine alone. Home quarantine works and can be monitored. Please be sensible!

I have 2 babies under 2 years. The thought of me having to go into quarantine with or without my babies is causing me great anxiety. Please see sense and let us quarantine at home! Bring back the bracelet system.

Agree if someone has had both vaccines they should be able to quarantine at home

There simply is no logical reason not to allow home quarantine. Same goes for people returning to HK from overseas.
