Makes no sense given cost of livelihoods and mental health. Also those vaxxed should not have to endure quarantine if steady testing. Need further incentives to get vaccinations.

Think these Centres have raised great concerns with people and children coming out with anxiety and mental health problems

Fully support. Home quarantine for vaccinated people should be a (possibly partial) option for inbound travellers as well. High degree of safety can be combined with more pragmatic solutions further incentivizing vaccination.

Home Quarantine makes sense - HK people are always complaint and are responsible. HQ is so important for mental sanity to make it through this difficult and trying time especially for families with young children and elderly parents with ailments.

It is time to revisit these policies. It is cheaper and safer to keep people in their homes when an entire building is involved, rather than cramming them on to crowded buses and exposing them to the virus. Moreover, there must be some recognition of the lessened risk for vaccinated citizens.
