If we have been fully vaccinated, there should be no reason for a 21 day quarantine and better yet should be able to do it at home.

Please reduce quarantaine for fully vaccinated person to home quarantaine max 10 days.

People who test positive are getting out of the hospital before their friends and colleagues who are negative finish 21 days in quarantine. How does this make sense?

Anyway, what reason is there to suppose that you are *likely* to have been exposed to the helper in question? None. This is the perfect opportunity for the HK government to give incentive to people to get VACCINATED: exempt fully vaccinated people from quarantine. Period. The sooner we get to herd immunity, the sooner we won't need any of these insane measures.

The government has to realise that encouraging vaccinations is key and requiring even 7 days in a facility for fully vaccinated people does the complete opposite.

This alternative arrangement seems like a viable option worth government considering further.
