I live in Goodyear Hieghts for sixteen years . I love the area but the community need more retail stores in walking distance. Goodyears Heights neighborhood get vacant houses remove or remodel.The property vaule is dropping because of empty houses.

First my first years in Goodyear Heights with both sets of Grandparents. Later moved back for the first years of my fifties. Lots of history for me and Akron!

We lived on Bethany when I was a baby. Have been back in Goodyear Heights for the last 15 years. Not going to leave again.

When I visited this area I thought the history behind the houses was very much a part of not only Ohio"s history but also that of our nation. Please recognize and uphold the significance of this neighborhood for t future generations!

We have lived here for 23 years, and I love my home. I wish we could bring back the little shops in the strip on Goodyear Blvd and bring back the post office. Revitalize the homes and community. It is an awesome part of Akron.
