I have lived in the Heights for a little under a year. I think that it is important for cities to protect older assets of the community. The buildings, parks, and other parts of the neighborhood need help and this is a first good step.

I bought my first (& forever) Phase One home here in the Heights about a year ago. I absolutely love the Heights. For the most part, people, wildlife, homes, parks, and gardens all blend together in seamless harmony. Goodyear Heights deserves to be recognized for its unique place in history as both a neighborhood designed for rubber workers and as a living example of the Garden City movement.

I love these historical houses, they are very special. These houses could not be built new for less that $200,000.00 each!
