Pegula and Beane are clowns, McDermott was the class of this organization we loved

I am a “just one before I die fan”. Have been for 50 years. However, winning is less important to me if I can’t respect my team and the players. One of the reasons we love the Bills so much is their character, their decency and love for each other. It’s different in our locker room and Coach McDermott created that environment and fostered it as he knows it led to winning. Coach McDermott is Buffalo. We need him back.

I believe for this to have traction it needs more good intentions then focusing on firing the wrong guy or who’s better at what job. For Terry Pegula to say his decision was made the night of the game while in the locker room speaks decision based on emotion over reflection. This team can openly show their emotions with the media, each other and the fans because of what Sean McDermott built for them. What I heard from terry was “these men are all crying and I’m uncomfortable” because he has not accepted the generational difference of his players. The roster was what it was because of beane, who perhaps could have handled things differently. But coaching made these men play to a different status, made men want to come back here, players played better here than anywhere else. That wasn’t because of beane that was because of coaching. The significant support shown from the team speaks to many. Present players, past players, wives. Buffalo is different, building culture wasn’t just a phrase it was the truth. Terry made this decision seemingly right after the game and went through a 36 hour period giving the illusion that things were kosher. Terry fell short of respecting his players by letting the media tell them their coach had been let go. Not even a simple email, text, phone call etc. I’m not saying one is more to blame than the other because I do think that beane had his fair share of big mistakes this year. But I think McDermott grew as a coach and learned from everything that we as a fan base asked him to. Ultimately I think he would have taken control over defensive calling again. The real issue - Terry Pegula handling this like every other NFL franchise after selling it to us that we are ONE Buffalo.

Video has surface of Beane clearly saying he will help get Coleman. Beane is not trusted in the buffalo community and we demand Sean back

Beane is a worthless gm who needs to be fired a low tier defense who turned into one of the one of the best pass defenses and nothing to show for it offense. We need better players.
