Sean McDermott was never given the players that he desperately needed to help get over this hump. How and why should he be penalized when the person in charge of the salary cap and drafting the players gets a promotion? Absolute insanity!! Sean McDermott, Bills Mafia, Josh Allen, and the Buffalo Bills deserve so much better!!

I truly think it is the worst mistake to get rid of Sean McDermott as he has done very well for the Buffalo Bills and he is not just a coach but he is Buffalo family and as you may know, the players even treat him like that. He is also helped stop her 17-year playoff miss and has an outstanding record as a head coach for the Bills. Please strongly consider keeping Sean McDermott as our head coach for the Buffalo Bills because the coaching had nothing to do with the way we lost in the playoffs

Top ten winningest coach in NFL history, minimum 100 games. Greatest coach in Bills history. Would have won a SB for Buffalo if given the chance

Such a poor decision. What a loss to Buffalo.
