I have finalized a formal proposal for the athletics department detailing why a change in leadership is necessary. This document will be delivered by hand to the administrative offices to ensure it reaches the decision makers.

Too much talent on this roster to let it go to waste under an interim guy. Bring in the best.
Urban is a winner. Fickell just isnt ready for this level. We need a national title back in columbus.
It is time for a real coach who actually knows how to close out big games. Do what needs to be done.
