Medication errors are a leading cause of harm in hospitals. Pharmacists are needed to review prescriptions for accuracy, potential drug interactions, allergies, and correct dosages thereby catching errors before they reach the patient. A drug can be a helper to an individual and at the same time could be a killer if not given right . That’s why Pharmacist are very essential in our hospitals and have to be employed .
