I fully support that Hindi must be included into Australian schools. This would help Australian to understand the biggest democratic country 'India' and its culture.

It will improve social and business ties between Australia and India. Aussies will also be able to enjoy Bollywood movies.

Every child have a right to learn the language they want. Language is the best way to connect present with past. Hindi should be taught in Australia to pass the language, culture and traditions to next generation

No doubt, India is emerging economy. It is expected that the business ties between India and Australia will be stronger. I have received many requests where Australian wants to learn Hindi because it may help us in setting up business in India. Yet Hindi has been denied in the recent pilot program. Australian leaders should see long term benefits of learning Hindi. Sharad

India is an emerging economy. We will be better placed if young Australians learn Hindi and through that Indian culture as well. If nothing else at least for economic reasons.

The "Asian Century" stands on the shoulders of India and we in Australia must do all we can to popularise its culture, language and scientific prowess.
