We Did It!!!!!
The usage variance was denied on March 26th, 2008!!!!
Congratulations to all of you who supported this!
The usage variance for the Hillside Nursery site was officially denied. This victory belongs to every person who stuck with us through the permit hearings and planning meetings. Now we must keep the pressure on our local representatives to ensure the land remains zoned for community use rather than commercial development.

We just hit one hundred signatures. Post this link on your Facebook page right now and text three friends to keep the pressure on the zoning board.

Glad that place is staying put. Nowhere else nearby has plants like they do.

Finally some good news for the neighborhood. That spot would have been a nightmare for local traffic.

Great news! We have enough traffic on that road already without a whole strip mall. Keep the nursery!
