The usage variance for the Hillside Nursery site was officially denied. This victory belongs to every person who stuck with us through the permit hearings and planning meetings. Now we must keep the pressure on our local representatives to ensure the land remains zoned for community use rather than commercial development.

Glad that place is staying put. Nowhere else nearby has plants like they do.
Finally some good news for the neighborhood. That spot would have been a nightmare for local traffic.

About time the council listened to the people who actually live here.
