I really can't understand how they could put a car wash between two senior communities.I don't want to live with the exhaust from the vehicles and the noise from the car wash. Susan Engh#503

Stop the car wash! I'm sure the owner has a nice place to live. This car wash will destroy what little esthetics/green space this place has.

Here goes the peace and quiet that we residents have had. Here comes more accidents in the future and more traffic congestion. We do not need this and are adamantly against this car wash. One of my concerns is pollution and will our vehicles be covered in a chemical residue?

This is the last thing we need in this location however a better location for it would be down the street behind rally’s hamburgers by the old K-Mart

It is clear that the community directly affected by the construction of this property is not interested in the development of an unnecessary burden to safety and pedestrian travel. There is no gain or net positive to those that would be primarily impacted. The size and needs of this business is not conducive to the area and the citizens that own residential property, which it would be flanked by, from all sides. Add in the additional aspect that a large number of those property owners are senior citizens, I believe the only course of action is to respect our elders and listen to this community about what it's concerns and needs are for a safe and prosperous conclusion.

Having a car wash in between two condo buildings is NOT conductive to the area. This is a safety concern and a risk to those living in this residential area. There is enough traffic concerns already with Kroger patrons.

Crossing the street between the two residential properties is hazardous under current conditions. Elderly, legally blind and others are at risk now. The bus stops in front of Casa Granada and working folks are crossing as well. Please keep everyone safe with the appropriate business use in place. A car wash is not a suitable neighbor.

there is alot of drug deals and crime at some car washes. Futhermore the noise and traffic is not welcomed here! This area is already maxed out with traffic and disturbance.

Don’t build the car wash

Put the community above business for once. This is a senior community.
