This carwash would just be turned into a concrete surface which would increase local flooding issues, urban heat island effect, added pollution to our waterways and just overall be a complete and TOTAL EYESORE. Let's not turn Hikes Point into Preston highway with their Complete Lack of Zoning!!

Traffic is terrible enough in that area without adding something so high volume. Also, as someone who also suffers from limited access to their place of residence, I wouldn't wish that on any one else.

I live in Casa Granada Condominiums, just next door to El Conquistador Condominiums. I do not want to see this car wash between our properties. Breckenridge Lane is extremely busy and another business having cars turning in and out from Breckenridge is sure to add to the chaos.
