I am against the proposed construction of a SpeedWash Car Wash at 3000 Breckenridge Lane. This is already a very congested area and the addition of a car wash will make things much worse.

The traffic and confusion this car wash will add to an already heavily traveled Hikes Point intersection is a bad decision. In addition, these condominiums are the HOMES for many people and such a development as this car wash is a dangerous nuisance.

Already have a new car wash at Bardstown and Goldsmith along with car washes at Taylorsville/Hurstborne, Taylorsville/Breckenridge along with another on Bardstown Rd/Fegenbush.
The congestion in this area is already to it's max and this wouldn't be helping. Maybe the old Kmart location would be a better location for so.ething like this

One of the worst ideas I have heard for a while. This area is already too busy and really can not tolerate a business of this sort. Too much congestion there now without a car wash. I would not use it. In fact I would no longer shop in the area.

This is a completely unnecessary enterprise, and will only add more traffic congestion to an already very busy area. Not to mention, we have several car washes in the area. Crazy!

As a friend to people living in the affected area, I do not think that a car wash is appropriate in this location. There are already enough car washes in the Louisville area to handle the cars throughout our fine city.

That is a busy and congested spot due to customers going to and/or leaving Krogers. We do not want or need another carwash !

A car wash is a terrible idea for that location between two condo developments. It would be like a cruel joke for those residents. The traffic congestion is awful. Please do not allow this to happen.

It would be ridiculous to tear down an appropriate two-story building to build a high traffic car wash between two condo complexes. This just shouldn't be approved.

There is already too much traffic and the spot picked for car wash will only congest area more. Way more! Not a smart place for a car wash and already a dangerous place for walkers.
