When I was a student at NICI I had to pull out onto highway 20 from North Cascade and that was dangerous but it's even worse by the gas station closer to Swiss Valley Road.

Not only do we need longer off ramps, they need to be better plowed in inclement weather.

Damn straight something needs to be done. I drive this every morning coming out of North Cascade Rd and I think Kloeckner (previously Namasco) is the worst the semi drivers have no respect for the oncoming traffic, I've had to slam the brakes several times for them pulling out. Please get a better system.
How many more lives will be lost??? A lady was in such a hurry this morning right on my tail if I would have slammed she would have rear ended me, slow down is the key too!!!!

That highway is a total disaster, It was never constructed right in the first place to hold so much traffic and we need off ramps

Very scary stretch of road. Highway 20 should be a thruway with frontage roads. All they do is allow for more stop lights. Might as well be driving in LA.

I have driven back and forth from Dubuque to work in Farley for the last 13 years. Every intersection on this road is dangerous but especially the truck stop "kill zone." I can think of no higher priority road project than Namasco/Truck stop area of highway 20.

We really need to make highway 20 safer. I would suggest working toward a freeway from Dubuque to Delaware, just as it is from Delaware to the West!

That is a very dangerous strip, but also include the Barrington Lakes entrance.
