Even though most of the FBISD schools have seven period class days, the block schedule has helped me with sorting my homework and projects. I'm only a freshman, with a school-wide opinion on Hightower High School. If the block schedule is changed, stress levels, even blood pressure can increase tremendously! Most of the students will have AP classes or be participating in an academy. Our Medical Academy situation is as hard as it is. The district can't make it tougher than it should be.

I would appreciate if the block schedule stays. it's really helpful on my grades. 45 mins in a class is not enough instructional time. the block schedule is beneficial for everyone grade wise.

This schedule helps so much with ap clssses and things like health science and practicum so i think we should keep it.
