When you pay for a service, you should receive service that you can depend on!!AT&T internet service is awful in our rural area!

With the schools going to more computerized education, it is shameful that reliable internet is not available to those living in rural areas.

We moved here from a small town in Louisiana almost 12 years ago. At the time we moved we were told by AT&T that we’d have internet service soon. It’s been almost 12 years and we still don’t have internet. And we were told by other providers that AT&T has jurisdiction in our area and they’re not allowed to cross that divide line to provide us service. We have four children, who are all in school and need the internet for homework, since the library in our town is only open 3 days a week and during school hours that makes it very difficult for us to give them the access they need to complete certain school requirements. We’re on a major highway and haven’t been given the opportunity to subscribe to internet I can only imagine how difficult it is for those in even more secluded areas of small communities.

Rural areas need high speed internet. ATT is terrible and will not bring high speed internet to our area at all.

Rural areas deserve high-speed internet service as much as other areas do.

At&t internet services is price gouging me. I have DSL, and I have been a customer with them for 10 years. Fiber Optic internet is within a half mile of me, with unlimited data at $81 per month, with unlimited data. I got my bill today for DSL at $241, outrageous, I refused to pay this. I told them I will pay the usual $61 and nothing more. I can't help the fact that something better is just around the corner from where I live with unlimited data, and my internet is still in the stone age. It's really a bad situation for me, because I must have internet, I have two school age children, and they have to have it in order to do homework, study, ect. At&t claims they are charging me for extensive data usage, but how can that be, when not more than two components can be connected to the DSL at the same time, and internet speed is horrible. I live in Pelahatchie, Ms. on Barefoot Springs Rd. and fiber optic high speed internet is just around the corner from me, on Barker Rd. SERIOUSLY!!! This is price gouging!!!! Need better internet, at a reasonable price!!!

I live south of Raymond and cannot get DSL. I have a granddaughter in nursing school and needs DSL to do home work. Please we need this!

I live in Leesburg and can only get internet thru Hugh's Net and it's very expensive so we don't have it. Now schools are doing everything online and my son can't do school work at home cuz we don't have internet. This would be fabulous.

I live right off Hwy 80 between Brandon and Pelahatchie and can’t get fast internet! We need Help!
