Change MS law to allow electric co-ops to provide high-speed internet.

Please bring high speed internet to the country folks.

Please make this happen. We cannot even get DSL where we live.

We are in the city limits of Clinton and do not have access to internet except satellite- whic is very expensive and comes and go with weather conditions.
