I agree. We work very hard for our money and we provide tender care as well as weight bearing care that is difficult and strenuous on our body and mind. We definitely deserve better pay.

I am a CNA I love my job, I love what I do for people to make my patients feel loved and to feel like they are being cared for is a great accomplishment to me and makes me feel good about myself. I also do feel though that we are so underpaid for what we do. The cna sometimes get 8-12 patients a day and only make 9.50 an hour something should be done.
