I've been a cena for 14 years. And the mess we put up witj is unreal i love helping those that cant help themselves.i also feel i work just as jard as a nurse and would love a bigger pay check anywho. May god bless each and everyone of us amen

I've been a CNA for 14 years and I love my job, but I feel like I'm working for gas money that's all that's left over after insurance is paid, gas money. I'm currently recovering from a double hernia surgery due to the fact that my job is physically strenuous, not to mention emotionally exhausting at times. We as CNAs work hard, our paychecks should reflect our efforts.

I think that if people that work fast food make $15 for not even getting an order right then I think for sure that CNA's that take care of humans make more then them!!

I been a CNA for 8 yrs and the stuff we go through for that little piece of change. Being a CNA is hard work I live from payday to payday barely have enough money to pay rent its hard. Then you have some of the that act like where not the backbone for our resident we should be getting paid just as much as the LPN we do more work than they do.

We , cenas have a very hard job . We are the back bone of these facilities. We dont make enough for what were worth. Please give us raises.
