BT need to be more open and honest about the reasons for delay and when they will be overcome. The information on their website is unhelpful and inaccurate.

We are still waiting for a decent speed on Broadband. Why is it so difficult to find suitable sites for necessary cabling in High Barnet

The worst thing is that BT keep quoting dates for fibre connection which then just get pushed back. It is a company that clearly does not care about it's customers and is very arrogant.

It is ridiculous that this area, with such a high percentage of professional house-owners, should be denied high-speed broadband!

This situation presents a massive challenge to those of us who need good internet access at home. We do not even have a good broadband speed. Nobody in the London in 2014 should be at such a disadvantage. Considerably less developed places around the world have managed to succeed with the implementation of a high quality service. It is embarrassing. Some of us have been BT customers for many years and this should be honored with the provision of infinity as promised.
