I am very concerned with the high density proposal on that space. The plan is also extremely close to the sensitive wetlands. In addition, there is minimum outdoor activity space for the new residents to enjoy which will greatly impact the neighboring properties. All the additional traffic will surely cause congestion on Hwy 26.

I live in direct sight of the prosed development in LHP. I enjoy the sounds of the bird & frogs, watching the turtles cross our roads and squirrels and chipmunks arrive from this wetland and their HOME. Don't want the noise of construction, or view of a 4-storey eye-sore directly out my front door, or the loss of protected and important habitat!!

Collinwood cannot handle the traffic now, and what about the infrastructure can it handle it? It's certainly is no longer a small town.

All points made are so valid. The loss of wildlife in the area would be devastating. Also the increase in pollution in the area will ruin Collingwood's air quality.

I’m concerned that the adverse impact of drainage from the north east corner of the property has not been addressed. Drainage from this location has increased significantly over the years and is already creating problems for several owners in Lighthouse Point.
