We are very concerned about the high density and feel it sets a dangerous precedent for the town of Collingwood. We are also concerned about how access to the development will affect traffic flow, as well as concerns about trespassing onto our property at Lighthouse Point to access our amenities (especially in light of the fact that we’ve been refused the use of a security gate.)

Actually it is much larger/worse. They are proposing 6 storey twin towers, with open rooftop party patios
