High Density Glow in Collingwood

This development will cause a plethora of issues environmentally as well as population denseness ie traffic nightmares

not at all in favour or in agreement with high density ridiculous numbers at Glow and also the proposed height of buildings so close to our property line. also have huge concerns re traffic and pedestrian impact and drainage issues.....

Town Council, please be the good stewards for Collingwood that you were elected for and reject this kind of high density development that will have lasting consequences to the town, the environment and its neighbours.

Exceeding the town’s bylaws by this extent is unconscionable. Developments like this are leading to severe overcrowding in Collingwood, to the detriment of the residents’ enjoyment. The town facilities and infrastructure are in no way capable of dealing with this additional population.

Absolutely no way should this be allowed.

Way too dense a development for the area. There's already a large development going in across the road where they sadly clear-but the whole property. Another dense development could cause safety, traffic, and environmental issues. I'd like the town to retain experts to study all of these issues. Plus, the cash for parks programs sounds like bribery to me--why should developers get to break the development rules simply by bribing the town???

This density is way too high, especially for a waterfront property. It will also set a precedent for future developers to build to the same density or higher. The city needs to consider how it will manage all of these new condos being built - water, sewage treatment, and traffic along Hwy 26.

REJECT High Density Residential Exemption Application for Glow Condominiums

I bike along this stretch of highway 26 and it is always dangerous enough without sidewalks or an adequate bike lane. This new development would only make it worse with more traffic and more cars turning into and out of yet another driveway.

This is obscene. How would we apologize to future generations?

For all the reasons noted - Collingwood Council can not let this happen. A precedent will be set and this town as we know it will be lost forever.

This project is too dense for the area

Do NOT rezone to HIGH Density.

Development is way to large for the land they want to build on. Development should be built with the lot size in mind.

The high density with few amentities for condo owners is of great concern. How will LHP keep Glow residents from using LHP property? I would like to the the building reduced to 3-5 stories.

Let’s keep Collingwood free of high density!

Not acceptable!! Fire townspeople who are permitting this to happen

Please reconsider the high density proposal to another less impactful area within town to avoid environmental, traffic and water for disruption along the water front.

Must be controlled and smarter development!!
