I disagree with the Glow project and it’s height and density proposal. Collingwood doesn’t need this type of density. I feel Collingwood is expanding too fast and has now become Toronto North!

My concerns include:
Drainage, no parkland, too many units, not enough parking to sustain the building, increased traffic and security.

This is ridiculously high and incompatible to current rules and guidelines that new developers are pushing based on how much profit they can get by elbowing and rules be damned.
