High Density Glow in Collingwood

Hopefully the Town will consider an environmentally-protected green belt area. With continued sprawl and this type of high density, our town will lose both it's appeal and fragile ecosystems.

Honestly its hard to keep up with all the potential development around Collingwood but not rocket science to see the obvious devastation to the area. We pay our high property tax. The town gladly takes the money and now we residents have to fight to have that money spent wisely and ethically. Shouldn't the town know how to do this???

This would create a dangerous precedent.

Reject High Density for Residential

This project needs to be reconsidered in its entirety. Especially concerning is the impact on nearby wetlands and conservation areas. Council needs to wake up and stop rolling over to developers who don't have the community's interests foremost in their schemes but rather the only green they care about is the colour of money!

The collingwood infrastructue cannot handle this type of density

High concern on density and nature conservation

This high density proposal will create all manner of difficulties and danger on Highway 26 and to the adjacent environment . PLease reject this unacceptable proposal.

There are reasons why properties are designated medium density in the first place. Why don't we just look at the facts instead of always pushing the limits?

What about bus stop here I don’t think Glow owners should be allowed to trespass onLHP property to catch bus

I just ask that they follow the bylaws/rules set by the Town of Collingwood, but this proposal violates so many rules I’m surprised they’d even submit it: they violate the density rules (massively), and the parking rules, and the parkland rules, and the building height rules, and the environment wetland setback rules. If this gets approved then what’s the point of having bylaws/rules?

Council should reject the glow application. The high density if approved Will create the opportunity for other developers to follow suit and hurt Collingwood's life style. More traffic. More noise. Water service. Sewer service hydro will all be impacted..

Unacceptable density level. Devastating and irreversible to the environment. Development does not meet the current parking requirements. NO TO GLOW AS PROPOSED!!!!!

Extremely concerned over high density of this project, cash offered in lieu of protected land and lack of entrance and exit area required on and off Highway 26. Considering the proximity of Silvercreek proposed development
