Clearly this extreme application is intended to violate many of the well intended regulations put in place by Collingwood voters over time. It should be declined outright!

This proposed development is completely out of place in our community.

No need for Glow to build such a monstrous facility near an established private community.

I understand that the density planned is over the acceptable limit Thus there is no room for amenities and the residents will come to LHP

How can this be allowed with all the ecological impact?

This application should not be granted for many reasons: not consistent with built environment as buildings in that area are 4 storey. The Ruperts tower stands out like a blot on the landscape as serves as an example of bad planning at the time that should not be repeated.

The regulations to control high density are for a reason. To minimize the present and future negative consequences of cramming too much into a space. This includes environmental, spacial, and practical. Please consider the everyday practical impacts on quality of life for everyone. Including the people who will live there and those who will co-exist with them.

I am not opposed to building and providing house. And I think low rise less dense building is smart. However, high rise high density does not fit in collingwood.

This application should not even be considered by the Collingwood Council!

220 units per hectare are density levels of Toronto! We do not have the infrastructure to support this type of development. No green space is completely irresponsible in an environment like Collingwood.

The Glow development request for their zoning request should not be accepted as it seriously exceeds the provinces high density guidelines per hectare
