High Density Glow in Collingwood

I am against the development of Glow Property due to their disregard for density and height regulations and environmental safety issues.

It seems that all the norms of development are being way exceeded as usual! Collingwood is being way overdeveloped to the detriment of the quality of life of the town residents.

I am not opposed to the development on the Glow property, but the density is far too high for this part of the city.

I am definitely not supportive of this high density project in Collingwood. It has been designated medium density for many reasons and city council should not be paid off to change it to high density.

Don't it always seem to go That you don't know what you've got 'til it's gone They paved paradise, put up a parking lot". Don't let building size define the town.

I am against developing the Glow Property for many reasons such as density and height violations. Safety is also a concern. Wetland conservation is being infringed.

Totally unacceptable! Allowing this development to go through would set an irreversible precedent.

I am not in support of a high density condo being approved.

Collingwood natural areas/habitats being destroyed is the epitome of bad urban planning. For this development to be contemplated on this specific plot of land will make Collingwood in its entirety a less desirable tourist destination.

Many other comments have said it: unprecedented density; left-turn onto highway a big problem; one-time payment vs. all-time parkland. Let's reject!

Can we not make the environment a priority, high density development will change the ground water AND therefore the entire ecosystem!

Such a huge jump in density is too far-reaching for the Glow Application. Let's not be so short-sighted as to how badly it would impart on the environment.

Definitely doesn’t warrant any support on so many parameters.

I am very very concerned Grandfather who has always enjoyed the clean air and water in Collingwood. This high density proposal is the beginning of changing the entire ecosystem that we have enjoyed for decades!

Time to stop erosion of wetlands. We don't need towers and start looking like Toronto.

Livability over profits. Profits for one corporation should not come at the expense of citizens right to a voice in their local neighbourhood
