Another wall along the waterfront. Another kick at conservation! When will governing bodies - municipal to federal - stop with the destruction of sensitive land masses.
Besides their beauty, these tracts support ALL life. We are not alone. We must respect the the land we live in.

Approving a density 305 time the current Official Plan is not sustainable, it will be a precedent and Town will have to approve any such density for any new development application in the future

Since when do developers determine the plan for the town? This area is not appropriate for high density environmentally or from an urban planning perspective.

I say "No" to more development that offers "cash" in lieu of the development of parkland. Another luxury condo simply adds more housing for the "Haves" , more congestion on Hwy 26 and more stress on the Town infrastructure.
