It is unconscionable that residents are being charged over $160 for a lot (s) they cannot build on.

We have owned our lot for 15 years and are stuck with a bad investment an no ability to build our retirement home. Given our yearly taxes and state fees, we would appreciate your urgent representation of our needs.

Bought the lot a few years ago to build a retirement home for my parents and myself. My parents will be moving to live here in California by end of next year. Now, they will have no place to live. Over the years, we simply paying assessment for the empty lot just to keep the lot. The State approved this development decades ago. Please, lift this Moratorium now. It has lasted several years.

Please lift the moratorium. Our lots are worthless because of the moratorium. We cannot sell them nor can we build on them because the water district cannot issue a water meter for them. Yet we must continue to pay thousands of dollars each and every year for property taxes, weed clearing, and HOA dues.
This moratorium is illogical and is long overdue to be rescinded.
