This moratorium is illogical and is long overdue to be rescinded.

We are not able to sell or build on our lot...this makes no sense. Lift moratorium immediately.

It is unconscionable that residents are being charged over $160 for a lot (s) they cannot build on.

Please lift the moratorium. Our lots are worthless because of the moratorium. We cannot sell them nor can we build on them because the water district cannot issue a water meter for them. Yet we must continue to pay thousands of dollars each and every year for property taxes, weed clearing, and HOA dues.
