If #3 were taken care of we could probably save enough money to build something. However, we can already have basketball goals, we just want the management company to respond to requests to put up goals as a more permanent addition to our homes. It is difficult for our kids to wheel out a goal when they want to use it. I think property damage is more likely with the current rules than if a change were made.
