This petition is to show the support to keep the Hickory Crawdads radio on the air

Updates

September 8, 2016

The radio station has stopped returning my calls so we need to put more pressure on the board members directly. Go to the station website and use their contact form to demand they keep the Crawdads on the air. Post the link to this petition on your Facebook wall.

The momentum behind keeping our games on the air is undeniable now. Post this link on your Facebook page and text three friends to keep the pressure on our local station managers.

As a parent of a former player of Hickory Crawdads. My family would tune in and listen to the games all the way from Hawaii. Aaron Cox and his crew did a great job of letting us know what was going on during the games. Aaron also gave us great insight on the the game along with backgrounds of a lot of the players. Mahalo!

The broadcasts are the single most important link between Rangers fans and the Hickory Crawdads. Cutting that link could cause long-term damage to the team and the Crawdads brands as a whole.

I am very personally committed to supporting this critical link to every future Crawdad player and family. Without the voice of Aaron Cox we would have been without the daily connection to our son, Erik Swanson, as his journey continues. I cannot stress with any more passion and belief in the importance of the radio broadcast. Please do not overlooked this asset to the Dads and their players. Jeff England.

I support one of the greatest announcers and broadcasts in Minor Leauge Basball. Aaron is a class act and I enjoy listening to his play by play commentary when I cannot be at the ballpark. Keep Aaron and the broadcast at LP Frans Stadium.

I listen to Crawdads games via the internet 3 or 4 days per week. Unlike televised sports, I don't change the channel at the end of every inning and thus have all of the advertisements memorized. This represents a great way for businesses to get there message to an audience.

I love listening to my Crawdads on the air because I live in Charlotte and can not always make it to the game. So please don't take the braodcast away.
