The Hiawayi Robinson Act will allow law enforcement to investigate missing children as soon as the child is reported missing. Alert should go out by breaking news, radio, facebook, twitter, text and any other media sources of a child description immediately. Mandatory cameras to be posted on public streets in all cities to track a child's whereabouts and any vehicle that the child may have gotten into which will activate amber alert. No requirements needed when it comes to the safety of our children.

I truly never imagined we would reach one thousand signatures when I started this. This is entirely due to the kindness and dedication of everyone who took a moment to look at this issue. I am just humbled that so many people care about keeping children safe.

I ABSOLUTELY agree, there should be NO criteria to a national alert for a child reported missing, this could result in saving a child's life!!!!!! I think ALL missing children should be treated as if they belong to the president, a government official, or another cop! I GUARANTEE THEY'LL SEARCH WITH NO STIPULATIONS!
There should not be any requirements to meet when it comes to our children instant action should be taken in any way shape or form to keep them safe.
This is justice for Hiawayi. And for this not to happen again to our kids. My prayers will be with the family
I sign it could have been one of my girls and I pray this never happen ever again. My prays r with Robinsons family. And we as a community really do come together people always talk about Prichard but we got each other backs.
The key to all of this is act immediately when they are reported missing. If they are runaways or if they show up one hour later is the main reason why law enforcement don't want to comply with acting immediately

They should also send an Amber Alert text in situations like this. This allows everyone who may not be on social media or who may not watch television to be aware. Amber Alerts should be issued even if no information of the abductor is available for children 12 and under at least.
