Some of these children do not meet the Amber Alert criterias.
The Hiawayi Robinson Act will allow law enforcement to investigate missing children as soon as the child is reported missing. Alert should go out by breaking news, radio, facebook, twitter, text and any other media sources of a child description immediately. Mandatory cameras to be posted on public streets in all cities to track a child's whereabouts and any vehicle that the child may have gotten into which will activate amber alert. No requirements needed when it comes to the safety of our children.
