This petition is to express our grievances with the management of Hall of Fame Beverages. The reason for this petition is to provide a concrete list of investors who have suffered severe financial losses due to management strategies and attitude of the HFBG management. To summarise this has been caused by HFBG management and owners : 1) Lack of Communication and transparency to it's investors 2) Incorrect information provided on the website regarding available shares and no communication regarding the correction of these figures Severe losses of investors providing initial funds for start up of operations 3) Manipulation of the share price through reverse stock splitting causing further losses without prioir communication and/or approval from the investor from which the funding of the company was provided We demand from HFBG management the following : - An explanation of why the SP has been manipulated to the detriment of its investors - A clear statement of how investors funds have been used and will be used in the future - Access to a Bi-Monthly Investor conference call where investors are given an opportunity to ask questions and receive answers from HFBG management
