Building this will help with traffic all around Sacramento (think of all the traffic thru downtown to get to 50 or 80) as well as local communities!

Please fund D2 so our community in a flood situation is able to get to emergency services in a timely manner..or if there is a fire we have adequate roads to get away from it.

Please do not only think this extremely valuable connector is essential for the 6,000 residents of Rancho Murieta but also for all of our surrounding neighbors and the safety of the thousands that utilize Grant Line currently and in the future as all of our communities continue to grow.

Badly needed. Grant Line Road is in such poor shape because of the heavy truck use, especially garbage and County refuge transfer trucks.

Please modernize Grant Line Rd. all the way. This is an urgent issue. Rural communities become disabled when storms hit. Our emergency services cannot get in or out of rural areas to assist these populations.

I strongly support funding for the Southeast Connector Section D2 to give Rancho Murieta, Sloughhouse and surrounding areas an escape route and access to emergency services in the event of emergency and to eliminate current bottlenecks.

This section of the project (Grant Line and Jackson Rd.) south to White Rock Rd. needs to be completed NOW to relieve traffic, have safe travel for emergency vehicles, and to get rid of the potholes that make traveling dangerous.

Please keep us safer. We are in a vulnerable place right now. Our community has made up of elderly people and young families with small children. It is a very perilous place to be when we can’t get to emergency services. We need to be safe and not forgotten
