Needed not only for easing congestion but most importantly for emergency access in case of fire or flooding.

Fund the "D2". Rancho Murieta and surrounding communities need all-weather access to medical and emergency services. The 2022/2023 New Year's Eve flooding put the nearest hospital over 30 miles away on the only open road. This is unacceptable to a community of 6,000 people. We additionally need a safe and dependable critical escape route in the event of evacuation, as we are considered a CalFire high-risk community. Save lives and fund the "D2" Southeast Connector!

As a senior citizens and living in Rancho Murieta it is important to our health and well being that we have a safe escape route to medical services during floods or fires.

I travel this road as the traffic continues to increase due to development and access to Folsom and RTE 50

Please fund this project. As our community grows we need safe egress in case of emergencies, both individually and mass exodus. Thankyou for your consideration.

My wife and I are elderly, I'm 81, and having a safe drivable highway to medical and other services is critical to our wellbeing. Please fund the "NEW D2" asap.

Yes to the new roadway, much needed in this Rancho Murieta area and Hwy 16 vicinity for clear roadways in emergencies and everyday life ✌

We need this funding to prepare for the increasing number of emergencies that the Rancho Murieta area is experiencing.

Please fund the connector, HWy 16 and Grantline to Bidwell in Folsom. Our community has 6000 and growing and we have no safe way to get to our Dr’s, shopping, gym in Folsom. Scott Road and Whit Rock so unsafe and filled with dangerous potholes. We have to drive it daily and would love a safe way to get to Folsom. Thanks.
