Rancho Murieta is a high risk community due fire and flooding possibilities. Providing a safe, four-lane highway on Grant line would definitely provide for emergency evacuation.

Living in Rancho Murieta for 2 decades, I don’t remember being left as an island cut off with no way to emergency services, hospitals, and medical supplies until this year. It was frightening to everyone not knowing when the roads would be open again. We are heavily populated with seniors who may need medical aid, prescriptions, or food while their fixed income may not allow “planning ahead” for trips into Sacramento and Folsom. Some don’t drive at all and depend on delivery services.. Please consider this an extremely urgent request to move forward. Thank you!
