DONT KNOCK IT DOWN! So much talent comes through that school and they need that stage.
Seriously? The North East has enough empty buildings as it is. Protect the Hexagon!
waste of money to knock it down. keep it for the community. acklam needs this place.
I remember watching plays there back in the day. Proper thrust stages are rare, dont destroy history just to save a few quid on construction.

My kids have performed on that stage so many times! It would be a crime to tear down such a unique space for just another boring building.
