I think that this is a great idea and I also love the idea of putting a cafe in the middle. It would always make sure that some one is present down there as I certainly won't go down there at night.

Brilliant idea would be a great opportunity for all ages to get involved in art. I use the underpass daily it would make so much difference to a lot of peoples morning journeys.
