I believe that such a heritage listing is not justified - it is not compatible with the previous actions of Woollahra Council regarding development of older sites - on the other hand WMC allows individual developers to regularly flout rules and regulations throughout the municipality with no penalty or sanctions.

The church was opened in 1964 and the architecture reflected that period which was not a good period and is not worthy of a heritage listing.
Further such a listing would cause hardship to the Parish which has gone through difficult times during and since Covid.

Community based church for at least 60 years. Have maintained and improved the church during this time. No one will provide better care and advice for this church than the community and parishioners that have been going here for the list 60 years.

My parents were married at this church in 1963 and I was married there in 2005. This church has a wonderful history which should be treasured and preserved.
