Let me start off by saying Herbie Swinton has been my friend since we were yay high never gave off any type of vibes of being rude & disrespectful to women he loves every single female in his family including his babymother he has NEVER disrespect WOMEN in my sight you can even view his Instagram or Facebook he does not I repeat does not disrespect women! I really don't understand & know why he's in this predicament but please GOD & TO HIS LAWYER PLEASE HELP MY DEAR FRIEND GET BACK TO HIS SON IN WHOM HE REALLY LOVES!!!!

I know this kid my whole life his family racing better than that I know he did not do this we all know he did not do this he wasn't raised that kind of way please I'm begging the justice system please do not convicted Snowman when we all know and I'm pretty sure you know that he is innocent

I have known Herbert for more than 10 years. He has always been a stand up and ambitious person who displayed great morals and goals which turned into success. He is a great friend, loving father, and family oriented man. This is an injustice that needs to be fixed!
