These allegations are truly unbelievable! The first word that has ever come to mind to describe Herbert that he is an exceptional gentleman! This is so unfair that something like this could happen to someone as kind hearted as him. May justice prevail!

No way!! No How!! He's being lied on. Y woman foreign of the country who bate men for either money or longer visa stays..!! Some investigations need to be done on the woman and her roommate..

I have known this young man all his life. Herbie's parents and I have been friends since we were kid.. To think he would commit such a heinous crime is beyond comprehension. Herbie is one of the most respectful, kindest, and responsible young men I have known. Please reconsider bail and please order the police department to do further investigation. I am sure that with further investigation the Miami Police Department will find him innocent of all charges pending against him.

For character witness purposes, I've known this gentleman for all of his life and although anything is possible this is not possible for his character. Something is very wrong with this situation here & needs to really be investigated thoroughly before he's convicted/condemned of something that he's innocent of
