I knew this young man from birth, he is very well love in the community by his peers, children, and adults. I can honestly say this is the first time I've ever seen him without that contagious smile on his face that could brighten up anyone's day. He has always been very respectful a wonderful dad and roll model. I'm pleading for all comments on this petitions to be taken under extreme consideration, before finalizing no bail I thank u in advance.

Ive known Herbie for 20 years plus. Never would he do such a thing. He has a son and a family that loves him and a mother that raised him properly. Along with his father. He was the guy that never had to worry about the ladies because he was a ladies man. Handsome and smart. He doesnt have to take or try to rape no female. This is a tragic mistake and my whole heart goes out to him because i know he is innocent.
