It has been over a week since Edwin "Bong" De La Cruz disappeared on April 20 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Our fears grow for his health as his memory lapses leave him in a more disorientated and vulnerable state. Compounded by his lack of knowledge of the local language, he is virtually helpless. It's only a matter of time before he may be harmed or accidentally harm himself. Edwin also has a liver condition. If he is (hopefully) just sleeping rough and in the cold (it has been raining in Vietnam) without proper food, water and medication for his condition, he will die.

We are humbly seeking the support of the Philippine embassy to urge the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City to encourage the local authorities to search for Edwin with urgency, as his time is limited.
