This is disgusting what is going on at this pound. Let's get the mayor removed!!

We need good leadership and positive control over this shelter. It is time for change for these animals who are being neglected

Horrible conditions

This is horrible. Where is law enforcement, where is the SPCA, where is the humane society. These officials should be in prison for allowing this.

Our city should care more about animals and people than it does about power and money for themselves.

These poor animals deserve better than this.

Whoever “operates” this place should be ashamed and never allowed to be in charge of anything ever again. This is pure neglect, heartlessness and cruelty.

What we have now is totally unacceptable. We, as a community, are better than this.

This needs immediate attention. The living situation for these animals is unacceptable and unsatisfactory.

The pound is in deplorable condition Just like the streets. Management needs to change. Period. The enormous profit the city is making off the electricity the city charges should be more than enough to support the animal shelter that is nonexistent.

I hope this petition creates a positive outcome

Deplorable conditions. These are God's little creatures and depend on us to provide for them. Shame!!

If we show animals more respect, maybe people will start respecting the lives of animals and do a better job getting them fixed and shelterd

This looks like something from a third world country. I think Texas can do better than this. This is pathetic.

I know dog dumping is a problem in Waller county, that needs to be addressed but so is the care of abandoned animals

Please help these poor animals.
