The RSPCA is currently choosing to turn a blind eye to these suffering dogs while we scramble to force their hand. We need to hit that hundred signature mark right now to prove that the public is not buying their pathetic excuses.

Not acceptable. Fix the laws so animals actually have some protection.
RSPCA needs to do their jobs properly. They are failing these poor dogs completely.
it is just wrong. if the rspca wont help then who will?? my heart breaks for these two.

How can they say they are fine?? I have seen the photos and they look half starved. Absolutely heartbreaking.
