I am calling the attention of our world leaders, the members of G20 particularly Japan, Germany, and Russia to help us to build railways in the countryside, from Manila to Aparri, Cagayan Valley Region up to Pagudpod, Ilocos Norte, and the Region I provinces, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Tarlac, Pampanga, Bulacan. I have been commenting on the pages of our politicians about constructing railways for I know this will help us to generate employment to our jobless and improve our transportation system. I was told by my father when I was fifteen years old, back in 1975 that President Ferdinand Edralin Marcos will start the construction, the plan to create tunnels along Dalton Pass the gateway to Cagayan Valley and Germany will be our contractor, our builders.

I was blessed to see our neighboring countries in Asia, Hongkong, Singapore, Thailand, Japan and Europe. My sister toured us in Paris, Barcelona, Zurich and United Kingdom. I was amazed when i was there, how they managed to improve their transportation system, I started dreaming to see it in my beautiful country, Philippines. I am already in my 50's, still dreaming to have this railways, to ease the burdens of long hours of traveling. This railways will be a big help to boost our economy, will help thousands of commuters, our traders in transporting their goods in different provinces, May the good Lord help us to gather millions of signatures to reach our World Leaders to help us. We are willing to pay in return for the improvement of our beloved country, God bless you all.
