I am a former employee and feel that St Francis staff do a great service to their community. Don't change a thing or my next Colonoscopy won't be done there - I have a choice of hospitals and my insurance covers St Francis, my first choice. !

This is so important! Milwaukee is at a critical point. These decisions today are going to shape health care for the next several decades. Milwaukee is quickly losing it's choices in health care as companies swallow up each other.

St. Francis has been my hospital of choice for many years, not only because of the quality of care, but because of the warmth and compassion of their employees. As an inner city hospital the staff has enough to worry about without worrying about job security. Also, how many more months will one of the elevators be out of order? I don't remember this kind of maintenance issue in the past. I hope it's not an omen of things to come.

I hate to see our Community Hospital get taken over. Ascension is mishandling the situation.

For 15 years, I worked at St. Francis Hospital. We worked hard, and provided excellent care to our community. I still trust St. Francis with my family's care. Hopefully they will remain a good corporate citizen, deserving of our patronage.
