The hall is space and not always used especially at lunch time. Getting teachers to do a hall duty would be ideal.

I find it disgusting that LAE have taken the right to pray away from the Muslim students. All they want to do is carry out their obligatory duties which no other student, faithful or faithless, have a problem with. If Mr.Wilne was still headteacher, this problem would never have occurred. Fix up LAE.

I'm not a Muslim but I support the rights of these fellow young Muslims who take their religion seriously and devotedly. These people study 8-4 everyday to secure a good future, but without pleasing their Lord how will they ever secure a good life here or in the hereafter? I stand with these Muslims, and anybody who objects to this right they have, is involved in a great crime of injustice.

I know there is an issue with space in lae, however lessons still talk place and issue of space is not used as an excuse. We do not need any excuse to worship or express. Prayer should be possible everywhere including school because without the presence of God there is nothing be. The school needs to be understanding and supportive of this discomfort students are facing.

Respect British values enough to offer a multi-faith prayer facility. Your management is preventing religious cohesion by hindering and restricting basic religious freedoms that are excercised by many of the leading colleges in London. Nothing bad can come of this yet it isn't an extrodinary claim to say that LAE has taken the 'Prevent' program to an such an extreme that they strive to eradicate all Islamic practice in the educational faculty. Permitting students to pray and self-reflect in an unoccupied classroom doesn't undermine any core values the college upholds so why dictate upon a freedom deserved by every student?

It's not like all the classrooms are being used ALL the time and even so, the hall is only ever used for assemblies and lectures, there's more than enough space to pray there
