The right to pray in a designated area is a fundamental right of every human being. Therefore Muslim students should be allowed to perform their prayer in a designated and suitable area in their institutions of study

I believe that everyone should have the right to be equal, especially in the college they study in. It is very important to perform prayer as a Muslim and by taking this away from the students you are increasing the number of people who might leave the college. It is wrong that you are taking away another persons belief

I am absolutely appalled hearing a college oppressing Muslim students. Notabroad but in UK! Shocked!

You would never even consider this to be a problem in this day and age !! So shocking to see this from a place of education that call themselves excellent but can't even provide a simple but very valued room !!

A quite room is a must for all places of education and work. If talking to HR and getting this approved at work is possible why can this not be possible in the education sector.

By closing the prayer room this will not stop them from praying they will pray where ever they find space which will cause more disturbances Between staff and pupils it is best not to cause a bad enviroment but to create a tranquill enviroment.
